Name - Please use your name as listed on your ACF ID card

Username - Please use your First Name and Last Name (without a space)
Example: First Name: Kelly Last Name: Cook
Username would be: KellyCook

Email - Please enter a valid email address
|
Password - The password is your ACF Membership ID
Example: password: 123456
If your ACF Member ID is not 6 numbers please add a "0" in front.
So if my ID is 123 I would use 000123

Remember that the username is case sensitive
